A custom training experience

This is a great option for someone who is self-motivated and has experience with structured training. After an initial consultation, a 3-month training plan would be created on a Basic TrainingPeaks account. This plan would be 100% customized for the athlete and designed based on their current fitness level, goals, and schedule. Field-testing, zone setting, training guidelines, and sports nutrition strategies would be conducted and provided at the onset of training.

This plan would permit limited coach-initiated contact after the initial consultation. If concerns, questions, or injury/illness arose, an athlete would contact the coach for clarification or advice on how to restructure the plan. 


Training Plan includes:

  • 12 week plan for your sport

  • Ability to edit plan 3 times during duration

  • Monthly email reviews and discussion
